Improvements

Although the SFT website is good, i do feel that there could be a few improvements which is what i'm going to suggest.
Firstly, i do like the idea of each member having their own unique ship. An example of this is on the ISA's website i've linked the relevent page:

Then there's the idea about a league which i'm all in favour of even though for SA2 i'm likely to finish bottom , i like the awards system. But rather than bog standard awards such as MVP, i'd quite like it if there were awards for each race. An example is in SFC3 clan the 32nd fleet. I've linked the page below:

Although there's is a little rough i still think it's cool.

That sounds good to me about showing the member's with their ships and all.. For the awards...it would be nice but I agree with you their's is rough...too many really.
